Clients contact our office by contact form, email, or phone.
The 1st remote interview is conducted via Zoom, Line etc.
If you wish, our office staff will come to see you nearby, at your home, some rental office space, cafeteria, etc., so we will have an interview in person.
(In this case, daily allowance 5,000 yen +tax + actual expenses including transportation fee will be paid by the client later)
*The first consultation (about 1 hour) is free. We charge 5,000 yen +tax per hour for the second and subsequent consultations.
However, if we receive an order for Permanent Resident application, it will be treated as included in the price and will be free of charge.
Based on the “detailed interview” and the “questionnaire you filled out”, our office will determine whether or not your Permanent Resident permission is possible.
If we are able to accept your order, we will present an estimate, and if you request it, we will create a business consignment contract.
Half of the total amount is paid as a business start fee, and a receipt is issued.
We will present a list of documents that you have to collect and request you to fill out a sheet of information for the preparation of the documents at the start of business on the side of our office.
*No matter which plan you choose, we will kindly and politely inform you where to collect the necessary documents and how to collect them, so please count on our office staff.
As soon as we receive all the documents from you, our office will start preparing the application documents.
After completing the set of application documents, we’ll ask you to check all the documents and sign the required documents if there are no problems.
In the case of the full support P1-Plan, our office staff will apply to the Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau within a week. (If you have to apply to Local Immigration Bureau other than the Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau, please do so yourself. If you’d like us to apply on behalf of you, we will charge transportation expenses and daily allowance to you.)
For P2-Plan, please go apply to Immigration Bureau by yourself. (Please refer to the option items below for our delegation service of application.)
Since the application work itself will be completed, please pay the balance at this point.
After the document application, the examination will be completed in about half a year (4 to 6 months), and the result of the permission of permanent residence will be notified to our office by mail.
In the case of permission, a postcard will be sent, so we can receive a permanent residence card from the immigration office.
In the unlikely event that permission is not granted, our office will receive a simple registered mail, so we will start a meeting to reapply.
Here is a detailed explanation of the two PLANs, but if it is difficult to understand, please refer to the slide right below first of all.
This is an illustration of the differences between the two PLANs based on the exchange of documents between our office and the client until the application to the Immigration Bureau.
Recommended for those who are busy on weekdays and do not have time to obtain documents from the government office, or for those who do not have much knowledge of the Permanent Residence application procedure.
There is no need for the client to go to the Immigration Bureau unless there is a special request from the Bureau.
(However if you are NOT under the jurisdiction of the Tokyo Immigration Bureau, please apply by yourself)
Recommended for those who would like to collect documents from government offices by themselves and keep costs down.
The client needs to visit the jurisdiction Immigration Bureau once for the application although new card receipt can be done by mail.
(Delegation option available)
